Today was a good day. I made this pose, Tiryanmukha uttanasana. From stading and going back. A Jay adjusted me then let me go and I had the balance and the strenght in my leggs. Got so happy when I got back up, with a big smile on my face I feelt like "High five" or punch him in the stomach, like I use to do in training when I get really happy, but with a bit control I, dident do it thankfully.
