Sitting on my balcony, drinking Tea and eating breakfast. Just came from Vinyasa class and I feel a bit tierd, my body was aching this morning, think I might have a samll bit a of a cold, but I manage to get myself to the shala. The Vinyasa class is hard. Alot of strenght and Bandha work. It looks so eazy but its really hard, to have the body movment, the breathing, strenght, balance everything at the same time. But at least it is better then last year. Must admit that hand-stands and Vinyasa I put less foucus on when I been away, and thats no good, have tp pay it all back now. Jumping back and fourth, falling on my head. I figured out that if I dont get a crocked nose from boxing I would for sure get it from my vinyasa jumps. Its all about the fear aswell, smaching your head on the floor. Today I was exahaling on the inhales and opsoite. But i have to blame it on my cold, feelt like I couldent breath as deep as I usually do. Always good to blame it something.
I started doing Back bends classes on the afternoons with another teacher, Vinay Kumar. Its a funn class, less intenss but more strenght, so its a perfect combination to do Asthanga in the morning and this class later in the afternoon. After a month I hope my Beck Bends will have improved alot. After beening here a week my body is in a bit of a chock, but in a good way. I already feel like I dont wanne leave Mysore althou I just came. My body is looking forward to have Saturday and just relax not doing much.
I started doing "Pancha Karma." Its a detox where you detox your lever and blod form all the toxins we get by eating bad food exampel alot food with cemicals. I take a medication in the morning and thru the day I can eat light stuff, like porriage, fruit and vegeteable. This is a detox that the ayurveda doctors recomends to pureify your inside, and after beeing pureifyed you will start eating the food
that acording to your body type, Vata, pita or khapa suggests. Acording to the doctor, I was more a Vata, that means that I am the element of Water. Pita is the fire and Khapa is the earth. You should have a balance of all three thou. Its very intressting to study about Ayurveda and they have lots of courses you can take, might do that after I finished my detox. Iam looking forward to having, after the 5 days of medication, massagees and steaming sessions every day, also to detox my ouside, thats also comes with the program. It will very intresting how I feel after. If I feel more pure, ha ha!I dont really know why I do it, but I hope the results will be good. If I am here trying to cleans myslef with Yoga I can might as well do it all.
And now Mum got her ticket here and wil arrive in the 19 of feb, I can not be more happy! Looking forward to show her everything.
