Two weeks flew by with mum and dad here in Koh maak and Bangkok. We had a great time toghter, wish they could have stayed a bit longer.

I try and do my yoga practice everyday and I also like to share the path of Yoga to people who is open for it and curious. Somedays I am in, somedays I am out.
