Workshop in Antibes, France!

Just came home from a week in Antibes, the french riviera, located just next to Nice and Cannes. Went there with Ajay to help him with a workshop. Our friend Regina is a Yoga teacher there and she arranged everything. Stayed with her and her family in their home. First time for me in France and I loved it, it was better then I could have imagine. It was even more french then I thought, if that makes any sense? To help Ajay with the workshop was a big challenge but it all went well, I was a bit nerves. But all the student were really nice and it felt like they really appreciated Ajays knowledge about Ashtanga yoga. The plans on a workshop there next year is already in process. Even here in Sweden it  would be fantastic if we could arrange a hole workshop next year. After we ended our work on sunday night we had some days to enjoy the Riviera, with beach, sun, ice cream, good food and some wine! It was for sure not the last time I visit Antibes and the Riviera.
