Monday morning with Dan Millman and a sunny green garden!

Hey this is me just finished my practice and now ralaxing in the sun, lissening to Dan Millmans last speach for "Teds talk" He is such an inspiering man, the way he makes it understandible for everyone. I think many (me to) gets lifes mission complicated and hard, when its all comes down to more awerness and understanding about others and ourselfs feelings, emotions and thoughts!   Everyone will have a bad day or a bad thought, but just the awerness behind it will make a diffrent, to not act on it!
